| Regular year-'round Rental Rate: $650 per week for two plus $15 per night for each additional person. Children under 15 are free.
We supply linens for the bath and for both double beds during your stay. Although a folding futon is available for one child, sleeping bags or other bedding for children is not provided. We need to know how many will be in your party before a final rate can be given. When available for shorter stays or for weekends (2-night minimum), the daily rate is $95 per night plus $15 per night for each additional person. NYS and Essex County Tax are additional. A deposit check in an amount equal to one night's stay for your party (plus tax) is required to reserve either cottage. When your check arrives, we will then send you a receipt, directions for finding us, and a few notes about what you will find in the cottage and in the area. Special-Event Rental Rate: For the week before and week after the IronMan Triathlon (usually held in late July) and for the Christmas Holiday period, as well as occasional special-event weeks), rates are increased for both weekly and daily charges. Due to our limited size and the heavy demand for lodging for these events, a larger deposit amount is required for these special dates; and these deposits are non-refundable. Although we obviously love them ourselves, we do not allow pets as a courtesy to our many guests who have allergies and object to animals of any kind being in the cottages.
